The self-check-in process is exceptionally straightforward. Despite our last-minute reservation and not receiving a pin code because of it, we contacted customer service, and a very helpful lady provided clear instructions on how to access the keys. Breakfast is 24/7 available, and we also used the communal kitchen for dinner; it was well-maintained and equipped with new appliances. Our small room, located in the basement, exceeded our expectations and even included a bathtub.

This was a great location for us to stop on the way to Quebec City during a road trip. I loved everything about the room except the bed--it was quite hard and felt like sleeping on a rock! We were in Room 012. Breakfast was awesome and there were so many choices and amenities to use in the morning. The lounge at this hotel was fantastic and we felt very comfortable! The service was okay--they were very helpful over the phone but there was nobody there when we arrived nor when we left, so the place felt quite empty. It would've been nice to speak to somebody about what was nearby, such as restaurants or activities. Definitely check this place out if it is on your way. Great value for what you're paying!

We stopped at this place back in September of 2023 while on our way to the Gaspe peninsula. It’s conveniently located because we left Toronto in the morning and got here at 6 in the evening. Nice cute small self contained units but the beds weee extremely soft (the mattress) and squeaky as well and the water kept stopping in the tub while having a shower. We stopped here on our way back as well after two weeks because of its location.

We stayed one night during our road trip to the Gaspé region. We got here late at night, but it was a contactless check in, so we had no issue. We had one king bed with a kitchenette room. It was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious. They also have newly built tiny cottages. They looked nice from outside when we were checking out the property. They have a 24/7 complimentary continental breakfast that guests can access. We loved it. We had our late night snack and breakfast the next morning. There is a shared kitchen/dinning area that guests can use to cook their own meals. Outside, there is a patio furniture area with BBQ to cook grilled food and enjoy meals outside. In addition, there is a relaxing outdoor area to read a book. For the location, it was convenient right off the highway. We highly recommend this place! Great value for what to get!

I don' t really understand the bad reviews for the hotel as we experienced quite the opposite. We arrived a little bit too early and the owner (she lives right next door) was called by a staff member and immediately came over. We got an upgrade from the basement to the upper floor with no extra payment and the owner was very friendly giving us instructions where to explore in the area.The place is also not that big that we could not have found our room without help, so I don't get the complaint about the service or needing directions. The same applies for the room. Yes, it is not big, but clean and comfortable with working WIFI. We had free access to the kitchen and could cook our dinner on the first night. The breakfast area is self-service and accessible 24/7 with cereals, bread, eggs (for preparing them as you like it), orange juice, cheese, several kinds of jam, peanut butter etc. This is more than generous and nothing to complain about! We extended our stay for one night and our check-out was also very lenient, as there were no other guests expected for our room on that day. So we enjoyed our stay very much and believe you get exactly that what you paid for! Even more than that - compared to other hotels we have stayed at so far!
